HEION has filed patent applications for numerous new products. It is your task to develop these products with industry partners until they are market-ready. You operate at the intersection of research and marketing/sales.

Qualification profile

• Successfully completed degree program: Business administration, economics, computer science, industrial engineering, business mathematics with an affinity for business administrative questions
• (Industrial and process) knowledge in mechanical engineering, automotive, or discrete manufacturing
• Knowledge of and excitement for lean management, six sigma and process optimization
• Basic experience in consulting and/or project business obtained in internships/trainee activities preferred
• Customer-oriented and independent working in our project team
• Availability for domestic and international travel
• Excellent German and English proficiency
